2 men dead after vehicles swept away in surging BC river

From Global News.

Families are grieving the loss of two men who died after their vehicles were swept away in fast-moving flood waters on Vancouver Island’s Sarita River — due to heavy rains from the ongoing atmospheric river.

Port Alberni RCMP said the bodies of the two men, who were reported missing over the weekend in the Bamfield, B.C., area, have now been found.

But as Global’s Kylie Stanton reports, there are ongoing questions about the road they were on.
