The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles denied clemency today for Robert Roberson, who was convicted of killing his 2-year-old daughter in a case of "shaken baby syndrome." Roberson has always maintained his innocence. The 57-year old is scheduled to be executed Thursday evening. NBC News’ Lester Holt reports.
