‘CRINKs’: A realist or sensationalized term for a China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea alliance?

From DW News.

The Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, says the presence of North Korean troops on the battlefield in Ukraine would mark a "significant escalation" of Russia’s invasion. Rutte was responding to unverified warnings by South Korea of troop movements by the North. It comes months after Moscow and Pyongyang signed a military deal.
Peter van Praagh, Founding President of the Halifax Security Forum, discusses closer ties between China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. Van Praagh has coined the term ‘CRINKs’ to describe this alliance.
