A 70-year-old Atlanta man is in police custody after authorities say he opened fire from the balcony of his luxury high-rise apartment, leading to a nearly six-hour standoff with police and a shelter in place order. Video appears to show the suspect throwing objects from the 33rd floor before allegedly grabbing a gun and beginning to shoot. NBC’s Priya Sridhar reports for TODAY.
