Bolivia’s dismissed army commander Juan Jose Zuniga is arrested after commanding a coup attempt against President Luis Arce. Zuniga was captured and taken to a police vehicle outside a military barracks. "You are under arrest my general!" says Vice Minister Jhonny Aguilera.
