Brexit champion and leader of Reform UK Party Nigel Farage is announced to have won election to the UK parliament, in his eighth attempt, winning a seat for his upstart anti-immigration Reform UK party in Clacton. Farage’s party appear to have split the Conservatives’ right-wing vote, as exit polls predict a landslide victory for the Labour Party.
