Images of damage and people cleaning up after Spain’s deadliest floods in a generation left at least 95 people dead, according to the latest official toll. The vast majority of the victims were in the eastern Valencia region, after a Mediterranean storm unleashed torrential rain from Tuesday that triggered the surging water.
