Could We Reach Other Continents If Oceans Didn’t Exist?

From BRIGHT SIDE.

If oceans didn’t exist and there was only land between continents, traveling around the world would look very different! We’d likely have huge, continuous landscapes with forests, deserts, mountains, and plains stretching for thousands of miles. Instead of sailing or flying across vast oceans, people might be able to drive, walk, or build endless train tracks between continents. Weather patterns would change, too, since the ocean plays a big part in creating rain, storms, and keeping the planet cool. Animals and plants that are unique to certain continents might spread and mix all over the world. But would it be for the better?
