Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan make their way from Oxford’s Balliol College to their next engagement on the final day of their state visit to the United Kingdom. Crowds gather to greet them on Oxford’s Broad Street. The emperor and empress both studied at Oxford and are welcomed back by the University’s Chancellor, Lord Chris Patten.
