Crowds in Utica, N.Y., protested a press conference held by the city’s mayor and police chief following a fatal police shooting of a 13-year-old boy. Body camera and cell phone captured officers approaching Nyah Mway, who reportedly had an air gun in his hand. WKTV’s Jolene Ferris reports.
