Four-year-old Ronan Kerr was with his dad, Cathal, and 7-year-old brother when a 27-foot-long eucalyptus tree branch crashed down. The dad was knocked unconscious and suffered multiple injuries. Ronan was rushed to the hospital with a traumatic brain injury. Seven days later, Ronan died. The parents tell Inside Edition they fear that the same horror could happen to another family. They are now suing the city of San Diego and the two contractors that were hired to care for the tree.
