At least 18 people have been killed and several more wounded in suicide attacks in northern Nigeria.
Local authorities said female suicide bombers targeted a wedding, a funeral and a hospital. No group has yet claimed responsibility. The bombings took place in a region frequently attacked by the Islamist insurgent group Boko Haram.
