The ceasefire between Israel and Hams proceeds, though slowly and cautiously.

Israel’s military said Tuesday the remains of a hostage in Gaza were turned over and are now in Israel, in the latest sign of progress under the U.S. brokered ceasefire. It comes as the Israeli military held a funeral Tuesday for a slain Israeli soldier.

Hamas returned the remains of 20 hostages prior to this latest announcement, leaving the remains of seven people still in Gaza.
