Days after a partial recount confirmed Georgia’s ruling party as the winners of contested parliamentary elections, protesters march through the capital, Tbilisi, in support of opposition forces who will announce a plan of action in response to a vote they say was "stolen". At a joint press conference on October 31, opposition parties said they had collected "serious evidence of large-scale fraud."
