Five years after an inferno tore through Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, the famed landmark is now just days away from its historic reopening. French President Emmanuel Macron visited the cathedral, calling the rebuilding “a once-in-a-century restoration." NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
