Legendary NASCAR champion Kyle Busch and his wife Samantha say they lost $8.5 million on a complex insurance policy from Pacific Life. Now they’re suing, alleging they were lied to by their life insurance agent and the policy contained hidden fees and was designed to rake in huge commissions. Pacific Life says that they’ve been in touch with the Busch’s and take their concerns seriously. They also say they stand behind all their policies and have helped millions plan for future financial security.
