A bombshell twist has emerged in the disappearance of a 44-year-old dad. Ryan Borgwardt was reported missing and presumed drowned after going kayaking in Wisconsin. Authorities and volunteers spent weeks searching the lake for Borgwardt’s body to bring closure to his grieving family. Now, police say they believe Borgwardt staged his own death and abandoned his family in the U.S. to start a new life with a woman he met online.
