Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is putting in early work to win over voters before the next federal election, even though it could come as late as October 2025.

Poilievre’s efforts include campaign-style visits to evangelical Christian churches in Liberal ridings.

As David Akin explains, while evangelicals don’t play as active a role in politics in Canada compared to the U.S., the Tories are courting their votes.
