President Donald Trump ordered all air traffic controllers back to work. He said he’s considering a $10,000 bonus to controllers who have worked during the shutdown despite not being paid. But Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy warns that even if the shutdown ends quickly, it will take time for airlines to get back to normal. Sunday was the worst travel day of the 41-day shutdown with 3,000 cancellations and 10,000 flights delayed.
