This is the PlayStation 5 Pro, the mid-generation refresh of the now 4-year-old PS5. It’s releasing this week for $700 dollars, and we’ve been using it for the past few days, testing it out on a selection of games whose developers have patched to take advantage of the 45% faster rendering and the new PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution upscaler. Here’s a quick look at the PS5 Pro hardware and some real-world performance.
