Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov attended the launching ceremony on Saturday and said the heavy nuclear-powered missile cruiser Khabarovsk, “will enable us to successfully secure Russia’s maritime borders and protect its national interests in various parts of the world’s oceans.”
