A child was killed, and at least 35 people sustained injuries as a result of a Russian strike in Kharkiv late Wednesday, according to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service.
The strike damaged the entrance to a residential building.
Rescue operations and the search for survivors are ongoing, according to local authorities.
