Teen cancer survivor gets Thanksgiving surprise from chef

Jamaican teen Gabrielle Bailey traveled to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis where she received treatment after being diagnosed with cancer for a second time. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY’s Thanks and Giving series on how chef Kwame Onwuachi surprised Bailey with a cooking lesson, sharing their Jamaican roots while making a traditional dish. Onwuachi also treated Bailey and other patients to a special Thanksgiving feast.
