That ‘70s Remodel Episode 1

From The Build Show.

We have encountered several challenges during this ’70s remodel in Sandy, Utah. Firstly, we discovered the use of outdated building materials like cardboard sheeting, which we are replacing with modern materials for improved durability and efficiency. Additionally, we have found mold, termite damage, and fire damage throughout the house, all of which require extensive repairs and treatments. Despite these challenges, we are excited to upgrade the home to modern standards with new HVAC, zip sheathing, and other improvements. Stay tuned for updates on this full renovation project!
