Security cameras captured thieves high-fiving one another during a brazen heist at a jewelry store in West Hollywood, California. Authorities say they broke in twice over a 24-hour period, cutting through the wall of a neighboring store and using blowtorches to open two metal safes. The shop’s owner says the thieves took everything in the store.
