Wayang is a traditional form of puppet theatre, originating from the Indonesian island of Java. The puppets, which are made of leather, are lit from the back, and appear as silhouettes on a screen.

Tim was recently sent two more modern style puppets from Greece, by Mazitsos Dionysios, and to complete the show he borrowed a traditional Javanese puppet. East meets West you could say!
