U.S. President Donald Trump says he is cancelling all executive orders signed by his predecessor, Joe Biden, using an autopen. In a post on Truth Social, his social media platform, Trump said Biden was ‘not involved’ in the autopen process — and if Biden says he was, he will be brought up on ‘charges of perjury.’
