Footage filmed on Friday showed Typhoon Usagi battering the northern Philippine Cagayan province, knocking out a bridge and causing powercut and widespread damage. The fifth storm in less than a month, Usagi could be followed by a new storm in the Pacific which could reach the archipelago on Sunday.
