The Justice Department is set to seek a guilty plea from Boeing to a charge stemming from two overseas Max 8 crashes more than five years ago that killed 346 people. It is not clear if Boeing will accept the terms of the deal, which lawyers representing the victims’ families called inadequate. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
