A naked man ran across a neighborhood street and confronted residents when things turned violent. The landlord, Vietnam War veteran George Karkoc, says he heard his female neighbor scream for help so he grabbed his gun for protection and ran to help. He says the naked man lunged at him, violently knocking him to the ground and Karkoc opened fire, killing him. Karkoc is being hailed as a hero.
