U.S. President Joe Biden addressed his poor debate performance on Thursday evening, during a campaign stop in Raleigh, N.C.

Biden noted that he doesn’t speak, walk or debate as well as he used to but said he is intends to win a second term in the upcoming U.S. presidential election.

“When you get knocked down, you get back down,” he told the crowd in North Carolina.

Meanwhile, speaking in Chesapeake, Virginia, former U.S. President and GOP nominee Donald Trump said “incompetence” is Biden’s “problem,” not his age.
