The smallest rotating puzzle cube measures 4.90 mm (0.19 in) wide 4.92 mm (0.19 in) tall and 4.99 mm (0.19 in) long and was achieved by MegaHouse Corporation (Japan) in Taito, Tokyo, Japan on 23 August 2024.
