From Global News.
King Charles led Britain Sunday as the nation paid tribute to its fallen soldiers at a ceremony in central London.
The King was joined by other British officials and senior members of the royal family, as they held a moment of silence and laid wreaths at The Cenotaph.
Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, attended the ceremony, watching from the balcony of a government building. It was her second appearance in two days as she gradually returns to public duties following her treatment for cancer.
The ceremony is held on Sunday nearest Nov. 11, marking the end of World War One. It pays tribute to those who lost their lives in both world wars and in later conflicts.
