Sean Casten, Democrat of Illinois, says the Rules Committee will "probably" send a stopgap bill to fund most of DHS through May to the floor tonight, but he is unsure it can pass the House. Holly Dagres, Senior Fellow in The Washington Institute’s Viterbi Program on Iran and US Policy and author of weekly newsletter “The Iranist,” expressed skepticism the Islamic Republic would concede its nuclear program, and the role of Israel in any potential US-Iran deal.
