Emmanuel Grégoire arrives at Paris City Hall, where city councillors are taking the floor ahead of the election of the new mayor of Paris. Following a formal vote, Emmanuel Grégoire will proceed to Anne Hidalgo’s office for the handover of power from the first woman to have led the capital, who has completed two terms at City Hall.
