NASA’s Artemis II mission launches astronauts toward the moon

NASA’s Artemis II lifted off from Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The ten-day mission will carry four astronauts — Reid Wiseman, Christina Koch and Victor Glover and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen — around the Moon and back to Earth. They are the first people to launch toward the moon since 1972.
