Peruvians protest outside the National Elections Board denouncing fraud after about 63,000 people were unable to vote due to a lack of ballots, ballot boxes and other voting materials. Peru’s election authority said it will reopen some polling stations on April 13 after logistical failures prevented tens of thousands of people from voting in presidential and legislative elections.
