Nick Kroll shares the origin story behind Comedy Vs. Cancer, an annual comedy benefit supporting Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Cancer Center. Kroll’s sister-in-law, Niccole Kroll, started the event with friend Jen Rogers Carlock after both were diagnosed with blood cancer and treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
