Video shot by a bystander captures a burning vehicle, shortly after it collided with a toll in Bedford, New Hampshire. According to New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark Hall, a trooper assigned to Governor Kelly Ayotte’s security detail came upon the crash and removed the driver from the vehicle, with the help of bystanders. #cnn #news
