Shipping is largely halted in Belgium’s port of Antwerp — Europe’s second-biggest port — following an oil spill at one of its docks as authorities race to contain the risks of pollution and economic damage. Deurganck where the spill took place is one of the port’s most important container docks, used by some of the largest ships in the world to load and unload goods.
