Video captured a BMW racing toward cyclists who were riding in the bike lane. Someone in the BMW threw a water bottle at one of the cyclists and flipped him off. That cyclist is Luke Fetzer and he tells Inside Edition after the BMW first swerved at him, he sprayed his water bottle at the car, but says that did not warrant the BMW driver’s dangerous maneuvers. Five days after the incident, police arrested Samir Weiss, the driver of the BMW, on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
