Millions of Americans are under severe weather alerts across the country with the entire state of Hawaii at risk of flash flooding and landslides. Heavy snow is blanketing California with some parts of the state seeing 18 inches of snow. And in Texas 6 million from San Antonio to Austin could see large hail, strong winds and tornadoes.
