A suspect is in custody after allegedly starting a fire at an Ontario, California, warehouse. The Ontario Fire Department responded to the call at the 1.2 million-square-foot facility operated by Kimberly-Clark, a distribution warehouse for paper products. Twenty-nine-year-old Chamel Abdulkarim has been identified as a suspect in the fire. In a video allegedly showing the arson, a man thought to be Abdulkarim says, "All you had to do is pay us enough to live." Inside Edition Digital has more.
