After issuing evacuation orders to the residents in Tyre in southern Lebanon, Israel carried out missile strikes that struck a building in the area. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the ceasefire did not apply to Lebanon, and the Israeli military said it was continuing its operations against Hezbollah there.
