AI was featured prominently in Dimon’s annual letter to shareholders, a highly anticipated letter to shareholders that covers a wide range of topics, including the firm’s performance, the impact of emerging technology and geopolitical risks. NPR’s Steve Inskeep asked Dimon why he believes AI won’t simply replace people’s jobs and why younger generations should be cautiously optimistic about the impact AI will have on their lives.
