Vehicles stream into the southern Lebanese city of Tyre after the United States and Iran agreed to a two-week ceasefire. Israel said Wednesday that the US-Iran ceasefire deal "does not include Lebanon", which was drawn into the war after Iran-backed group Hezbollah launched attacks on Israel.
