From AFP News Agency.
Images show the Russian oil tanker "Anatoly Kolodkin" before its arrival at the port of Matanzas, east of Havana on the island of Cuba, carrying the first shipment of crude oil in almost three months following the de facto oil embargo imposed by the United States. The vessel, which is subject to US sanctions, is carrying 730,000 barrels of crude oil. US President Donald Trump’s decision to let Russia deliver the oil avoids a confrontation with Moscow and provides temporary relief to a country that has endured blackouts, fuel rationing and dwindling public transportation.
