The Ha Giang Loop is a 350km long road trip through the mountains of northern Vietnam.

It’s increasingly popular with tourists, and a number of companies offer 3-5 day tours around the region.

In March, 19-year-old Orla Wates, from London, died after she fell of the back of a motorbike on the Ha Giang Loop.
