The cardamom is the secret ingredient here… warm, floral, and just strange enough to feel like it hitched a ride from somewhere off the Galactic sector map. Add a little vanilla, orange zest, and yogurt for softness, and you get a cake that absolutely NEEDS to sit beside a hot cup of tea. Perfect for snacking on while you wait for the alien destruction of Earth to make way for an intergalactic highway.
