Workers at the Le Relais sorting centre in France’s Bruay-la-Buissiere are facing a significant increase in the quantity of textiles, mainly due to the rise in fast-fashion items.

Much of France’s used clothing is exported, but there are growing environmental concerns about sending textile waste to other countries around the world.
